- Performance of rail welding and other superstructure maintenance activities on the public and private railway track network managed by MAV Zrt. within the framework of an enterprise framework contract for a period of 36 months, according to the following sub-offers:
1. part: Carrying out bond welding and related activities
- Aluminothermic bond welding of rails (day, night) ≈ 16,996 pcs
- Additional costs to be charged in case of bond welding other than normal gap welding (day, night) ≈ 1,055 pcs
- Repair grinding of existing welds (day, night) ≈ 795 pcs
- Flame cutting (day, night) ≈ 5,869 pcs
- Rails ET (villamas resistance) welding (day, night) ≈ 458 pcs
2. part: Carrying out special maintenance work on gap-free track
- Arc welding of rails (by day) ≈ 2,140 pcs
- Arc welding of the middle part of the crossing of simple turnouts (by day, night, on a workbench) ≈ 2,180 groups
- Refittingoverlay arc welding of the double crossing of turnouts (day, night, on a workbench) ≈ 238 groups
- overlay arc welding of the tip rail and bottom rail of the turnouts (during the day, on a workbench) ≈ 65 half-shifts
