Description:
Procurement of consumable laboratory equipment for MATE in two (2) procedural parts:
1. part: Glassware
2. part: Plastic tools
The public procurement procedure is aimed at concluding a framework agreement with a tenderer in all parts of the procedure. The framework agreement of the Kbt. According to § 105, subsection (1), point a).it contains all the conditions of public procurement, on the basis of which the fulfillment of demands is realized through direct orders. The tenderer periodically sums up his emerging needs, then sends a direct order for the required consumable laboratory equipment and their quantity to the winner of the relevant partfor its contractor - through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EKR) or - if the use of the EKR is not ensured by law, in other ways specified in the law. (X. 30.) to paragraph 46.(4) of Government Decree, according to which it does not declarean offer that conforms to a national standard transposing a European standard, European technical approval, common technical specifications, international standards or other technical recommendations established by a European standardization organization is invalid if these descriptions are not in the Offerthey refer to the performance and functional requirements established by the applicant. In its offer, the bidder is obliged to prove in an appropriate way, by any appropriate means, that the product conforming to the standard meets the performance and functional requirements specified by the Bidder....
