- In TRV Zrt.'s area of operation, the washing of the sewage network and the subsequent sniffing in 3 tender parts within the framework of the enterprise framework contract.in the case of sewage transport, a sniffer vehicle must be provided in accordance with the provisions of the contracting authority's individual order. The content of the draft contract corresponds to the provisions of the license issued by the MEKH
The Hungarian Energy and Public Utilities Regulatory Office, in its decision VHSFO/33-4/2022authorized the outsourcing of the sewage network washing activity to the Bidder as follows:
• The outsourcing of the activity is allowed for a contractual period of 36 months.
• The annual amount of the service fee, above which the activity cannot be outsourced: HUF 326,408,197 VAT
