Description:
In the framework of the project on the development and pilot launch of a railway axle weight measurement system (VTSM), the development of official statistical and risk analysis functions and the provision of related services, covering the following:
- The Railway Administration Central Information System (hereinafter referred to as VIas part of the KI system) or in accordance with it Implementation of functions and interfaces of the Railway Axle Weight Measurement System o Railway axle weight measurement data produced by the dynamic wheel load measurement systems of the track network operators and related data (schedule, train traffic) is effectiveimplementation of the infrastructure operator's axle weight interface for transfer tos display
o Transfer of the data provided by the track network operators to the VIKI system
o Implementation and integration of the component that prepares the notification of the track network operators about data that does not comply with the railway safety regulations into the Railway Axis system providing the notification functionsy with a measurement document management component
- Implementation and introduction of the statistical and risk analysis functions of the railway axle weight measurement system
o CCXXII. of 2015. electronic accident reporting forms in accordance with the law and its implementing regulations, integrated with the KEUeSZ and SZEUeSZ services...
