As part of this procedure, the contracting authority intends to obtain the VMware licenses for virtualizing its servers and their 3 -year right (license tracking).
VMware License Manufacturer Following
In the framework It intends to obtain an annual right of use (tracking) as follows: 1.) Manufacturer item number: VCF-VSP-FND-8, Name of Article number: VMware VSPhere Foundation 8, Quantity: 688 pcs. 2.) Manufacturer Article Number: VCF-VLR-PVM, Item number Name: VMware Live Recovery Protected VM, Quantity: 75 pcs. The Contracting Authority intends to obtain licenses to ensure the legal operation of the VMware environment it uses. Contracting Authority No 321/2015. (X. 30.) of the Government of the Republic of Government Decree 46 (3) of the Government of Reference to procedure, activity, patent or trademark or name is only for a clear definition of the nature of the subject and, in addition to the name, is also understood as "or equivalent". Proof of equivalence is the task of the tenderer.
