- The expansion of the building part of the Vaci Bernath Kalman Reformed High School, Commercial and Hospitality Technical College and Vocational Training School involved in the investment and the transformation of the existing building part are the subject of the public procurement. The building complex in the investment area includes two educational institutions, both schools will operate during the investment period.
The expanded building provides passage on two levels of the existing building, the ground floor and the first floor. Remodeling works are also included in the transitions and on the additional levels. In the course of the planned expansion, a part used as an entrance will be builtcommunity space, an auditorium/dining room, kitchen and service rooms, then a gymnasium designed with a stand, dressing rooms and a reception hall. A gallery, fitness room and dressing rooms, as well as a mechanical space will be created on the first floor. The planned expansion forms a "U" shape, which closesan inner courtyard, the requested public space will be created on the south side in front of the school. The expansion of the institution's building will be next to the existing building made of traditional masonry. The extension has a reinforced concrete pillar frame, and the frame is covered with masonry.
The slab above the dining room is made of prefabricated iron.ton pallets, the vertical structures are reinforced concrete pillars or is built with infill wall structures. The foundation is a flat foundation, and we use a slab foundation protected by strip beams.
