Description:
Construction of a truck parking lot to be established in the northwestern economic zone of Debrecen. Penalty to confirm the contract and their amount:-Delae penalty: 1 %of the net business fee daily, maximum amount of 20 %of the net business fee, the maximum penalty penalty a possible legal consequence of the breach of contract and the immediate termination of the contract by the contracting authority, in which case, instead of the delay penalty, shall enforce a failure penalty. - Faulty performance penalty: 3%of the net business fee / malfunction. A defective performance penalty may be enforced up to 3 times, after which the Contracting Authority may terminate the contract or withdraw from the Customer shall enforce a failure penalty reduced by the amount of the defective penalty already enforced. - Failure Penalty: 30 %of the net business fee. The warranty security is 3 %of the consideration, in the case of a modified modification, 3 %of the consideration calculated without VAT. - Warranty: min. 36 months, however, a more favorable warranty period for the contracting authority, which is subject to a material procedure The 3 is a quality evaluation aspect. The extent of the extra may depend on the offering of the evaluation aspect. The start of the warranty is the date of completion of a successful technical handover procedure.
