Description:
Ordering travel organization services within the framework of a framework agreement.
Organization of travel and related services for the Bidder's employees, officials, as well as athletes and professional companions to domestic destinations, as well as European and non-European destinations, as requiredfor individual or group travel, primarily with a direct scheduled flight departing from Budapest (outbound travel) or arriving in Budapest (inbound travel), with a stopover, or if charter flight is not possible. Based on § 104, paragraph (3), contracts with a tendererframework agreement. On the basis of the framework agreement, the satisfaction of the specific needs of the Bidder is provided for in the Kbt. According to § 105, paragraph (1), point a), it is done by direct order.
Within this framework, the following services are expected to be ordered:
- traditional/scheduled and discount/low-cost flight ticketsadministration of reservations and related services,
- administration of insurance reservations,
- administration of car and bus rental,
- other administration (services related to visa administration, airport parking administration, reservation of airport transfer service, conference registration linkolatos service),
- handling the modification, cancellation and cancellation of the above reservations and services.
