If a brand name or model name is used in the invitation to start the procedure and in the bidding documentation, it is only the t to be procuredit was done in order to clearly define the nature of the coins. Equivalence (regarding composition, function, raw material) must be proven by the Bidder with a technical description or a quality certificate. The Bidder is the Kbt. Paragraph (4) of § 58, as well as 321/2015. (X.30.) Govtpursuant to its provisions in § 46, paragraph (3) of the decree, it accepts the equivalent performance.
