Description: In order to implement the curriculum for the training program of the Óbuda University of Óbuda University Operator/Specialist, it is necessary to implement the practical training of students participating in the training, which is a practical training as a service. The essential element of the service as a student is 210 hours of practical flight, which includes the necessary simulator exercises (clock simulator) and the necessary exam flights, as well as prepared theoretical classes before and after flight. Contracting Authority under the time scope of the Framework Agreement is up to 40 students 1-3. He uses his semester training that the contracting authority is not liable for a minimum order (drawing) obligation. The educational task to be implemented for each semester is contained in the technical description annexed to the documentation.
