Description:
Framework sales contract for the purchase of three-phase, oil-insulated, hermetic transformers of the quantity and quality detailed in the public procurement technical description in 2 parts, under the Code of Civil Procedure. § 105. Paragraph (2) on the basis of point a), within the framework of the framework agreement procedure
PART 1: transformers from 50 kVA to 250up to kVA: 861 pcs
A total of 861 pcs 50 kVA, 100 kVA, 160 kVA and 250 kVA three-phase, oil-insulated, hermetic transformers. Rated primary/secondary voltage 11/0.42 kV and 22/0.42 kV.
The part includes the following products:

2.Transformernew 11/0.4 kV 100 kVA6 pc
3. Transformer new 22/0.4 kV 100 kVA162 pc
4. Transformer new 11/0.4 kV 160 kVA6 pc
5. Transformer new 22/0.4 kV 160 kVA240 pcs
6.Transformer new 11/0.4 kV 250 kVA9 pcs
7.Transformer new 22/0.4 kV 250 kVA258 pcs

That's enough herethe estimated frame quantity is an estimated quantity, the exact number of pieces will be determined in part 2 of the framework agreement procedure by defining the specific conditions for the fulfillment of individual orders. The quantities within the part are planned, the total amount specified in the given partquantity is the governing factor, the planned quantity for each item can be agreed upon.
The contracting authority places an order every quarter, the planned quantity of which is 45-65 pieces.
