- The framework agreement is concluded for 36 months for the technical operation of training schools and for occasional repairs outside of the immediate troubleshooting and maintenance plan, in accordance with the technical description issued as an annex to the Public Procurement Documentation in 2 tender parts. Bidder as a result of the procedure He concludes 2 framework agreements. As a result of the 1st bid part, the training schools located in the following regions will be operated: Northern Hungary; Northern Great Plain; Southern Great Plains. As a result of the 2nd part of the offer, the training schools located in the following regions will be operated: Central Hungary; Central Transdanubia; Western Transdanubia; South Transdanubia. The public procurement procedure. based on the Civil Code Section 105 (1) A framework agreement according to point a) will be concluded. By concluding the framework agreement, the tenderer is not obliged to order the tasks included in the Technical Description, nor the indicated to draw a limited amount, an obligation to order is created only by individual contracts concluded as a result of the second part of the procedure, which starts with a direct order. During the direct order, it is determined that the Bidder is the result of the given direct order within the framework of the individual contract to be concluded, exactly which service you wish to purchase from the Technical Description and in what quantity.
