Budapest Capital VI. district Municipality of Terezvaros in the district in the year 2023 (extending to 2024) high-rise construction worksis planning to carry out renovations in the district.
The Terezvarosi VagyonkezelΕ Nonprofit Zrt. (as an asset management organization 100% owned by the Terezvaros municipality) is obliged to carry out technical inspections of the planned construction investment projects.
This is done by the Municipalcan be performed by Terezvarosi VagyonkezelΕ Nonprofit Zrt. or by its own staff, or by an external contractor entrusted with this task, according to the conditions set out in the Framework Contract for Commissioning and the public procurement documentation.
