- The contracting authority wishes to establish a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DBR) concept plans, study plan preparing reconstructions necessary to prepare for the further extension of the operating time of the Paks nuclear power plant (Paksi AtomerΕmΕ± Zrt.) operated by the contracting authority MVM Paksi AtomerΕmΕ± Zrt.for the purpose of preparing The Paks Nuclear Power Plant is a VVER-440/213 type nuclear power plant.
The contracting authority wishes to divide the DBR into the following 3 categories:
1. Preparation of a concept plan for equipment-level reconstructions and repair interventions
2. Preparation of a concept plan for system-level reconstructions
3. Electric and ipreparation of concept plans and study plans for technical changes in the control technology
The contracting authority, within the framework of the DBR, during the implementation of specific public procurements, the Kbt. On the basis of Β§ 107, paragraph (2), the exact technical description and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the systemwill be made available to the economic operators participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent.
The total planned duration of the DBR's existence: 60 months
The contracting authority shall determine the duration of the DBR in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure. An advertisement specified in a separate law based on Section 107, Paragraph (9).ny can be changed by publishing it.
Planned scope of the DBR: for the entire period (60 months): after the technical questions to be answered arise, the contracting authority decides on ordering the creation of a concept plan and/or a study plan.
