Description:
The tenderer wishes to purchase a surgical motor unit package and hand tool package in the first part of the public procurement procedure, an operating table package in the second part of the public procurement procedure and surgical image intensifier and X-ray protection equipment in the third part of the public procurement procedure in the documentation reas stated in the technical description made available.
Tender request 321/2015. (X.30.) On the basis of Paragraph (3) of Section 46 of the Government Decree, it is established that if a clear, i.e. a sufficiently precise and comprehensible, definition of the subject of the public procurement made it necessary, then in the call for proposals and in the documentationThe use of reference or allusion to things of a specific make, origin, or type was made solely for the purpose of accurately and comprehensibly defining the subject of the contract. (X.30.) In accordance with the rules of the Government Decree, it also accepts performance with an "equivalent" productyes.
Proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the Bidder.
