The devices you want to purchase must comply with the relevant European directives, standards, or theirHungarian regulations, standards, and environmental regulations. The devices must be new, the procurement includes installation, commissioning, assembly.and delivered devices must meet the minimum parameters defined in the technical specification. This allows bidders to offer and deliver better devices.In the case of k, the Bidder accepts a deviation of /- 5 %.
