Restoration and reconstruction of the Tamas spa after fire damage, planning and execution.
The tenderer draws the attention of the Tenderers that the technical description - if the subject of the contract justifies it and/or the law so provides - may refer to things of a specific make or origin, or specificto a procedure that characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by it, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or production process. Such a reference can only occur exceptionally if the contract is not possibleand a sufficiently precise and comprehensible description of its subject. In such a case, in the case of such a designation, the term "or equivalent" must also be understood under it, i.e. the contracting authority also accepts a performance/offer equivalent to the given type, however, in this case, the tenderer's offer contains technicalyou must present the deviation and the existence of equivalence supported by documentation.
