- Part 1: Repair of T5C5K2 passenger side windows
The passenger side window set of the T5C5K2 electric vehicle consists of 8 windows, of which 6 windows can be opened from the bottom and up and 2 windows can be fixed from the top and can be opened from the bottom, their dimensions are the same. During the repair, the windows must be disassembled into main units. Botht for window repair, the VJF-0473 no. required for installation must be provided. rubber profile in the drawing next to the repaired window. The glass in the windows to be repaired is 5 mm thick, gray Planibel, tempered safety flat glass, which must be replaced. NKH-licensed glass that is scratch-resistant on glass surfacesgfoil must be provided during the repair. Aluminum frames must be repaired by straightening, welding and RAL 9006 silk-gloss powder coating, with a minimum layer thickness of 60 ym. All fasteners and rubber elements must be replaced with a new part identical to the original. The fixermaximum watertightness is required for tt windows, water inflow to the inner side is not allowed.
