Description:
Creation of a dynamic procurement system (DBR) for the procurement of various foodstuffs in the product categories detailed in points BT-21 and BT-24 in I.1. tenderers according to point (hereafter collectively: Tenderer - AK).
The Kbt. Based on § 76, paragraph (2), point a), the DBR tendering departmentin this case, the evaluation aspect of the offers is the selection of the offer with the lowest price, taking into account that the needs of the contracting authority are met by goods that meet specific quality and technical requirements, and the selection of the most economically advantageous offer is made by thein that case, no further quality characteristics are used, only the assessment of the lowest price is used.
During the 48-month period of validity of the DBR, any economic operator (applicant to participate) may request to be included in the system at any time who meets the eligibility requirementsconsiderations, is not subject to the grounds for exclusion and has submitted its application for participation in accordance with the public procurement documents. The condition for admission to the DBR is the submission of the participation application specified in the public procurement documents, and proof of compliance with the eligibility requirements, and the non-existence of the prescribed exclusionary reasons.
