- Framework contract for the purchase of swimming pool chemicals in 3 separate parts in II.2.4. for the products described in point, on the basis of which the Bidder orders the swimming pool chemicals according to Annex 1, up to the limit of the maximum amount. The unit prices must be specified in the Technical Description price tablecalling II.2.4. point contains:
The contract is valid for 12 months, if II.2.4. the limit amount included in point
will be exhausted sooner, so the scope of the contract will last until the limit amount is exhausted.

The technical parameters of the products to be deliveredspaces are made available as part of the Public Procurement Documents.
The Tenderer shall pay the purchase price of the products ordered by it and actually delivered by the winning Tenderer to the winning Tenderer, based on the unit prices offered by the winning Tenderer.
The equivalentg is determined according to the set of conditions in the technical description. Based on the contract, the products included in the product and price list must be delivered to the location specified in the individual order at the price given by the bidder for the evaluation criteria. Individual orders on a monthly basisthey happen. The deadline for completing individual orders: a maximum of 15 calendar days.
