Unpaid claims relating to private and legal operators of vehicles with Hungarian registration plates, or in the absence of such, ownerscollection of additional fees for NUSZ Zrt., performance of related claims management tasks - especially the following, which are of fundamental importance:
-sending letters demanding payment,
-conducting negotiations, authorizing payment in installments on behalf of NUSZ Zrt.,
-legal procedures (payment methodexecution of bankruptcy proceedings /"FMH (payment order)"/, litigation proceedings, execution proceedings),
performing risk analysis tasks related to the above tasks, carried out by a specialist capital market and banking lawyer.
The tenderer stipulates that the contract concluded as a result of theduring the execution of the payment order procedures, the initiation of litigation and enforcement procedures and the representation of NUSZ during the procedures must be carried out in the framework of legal representation activities provided by a lawyer.the maximum possible amount of funds is 800,000 (eight hundred thousand) cases (a case is considered a case with an additional fee).
