Description:
In the framework of the remaining state tasks, support for the customer service tasks of invoicing for H1 2023 and before.
1. Call Center activity:
Professional, customer-oriented, competent in invoicing, financial, receivables management, data cleaning matters - at least 7 people - telephone customerprovision of a service (call center) which examines all reports and complaints immediately and records the immediate action according to the nature of the report or complaint.on the basis of the information provided, handles customer reports and informs customers in full.

2. Back office customer service activity:
Professional, customer-oriented, also competent in invoicing, financial, accounts receivable management and data cleaning matters- providing a back office customer service of at least 8 people, which examines, administers and fully deals with all reports and complaints specified by the Bidder.based on the information and history stored in the invoicing and filing system of the applicant, including the performance of full-scale administrative tasks related to inquiries (filing, forwarding of reply letters to customers).
