Description:
On the basis of a business contract, the construction of the new 132/22 kV transformer station in Varpalota-kelet.
AK applies a 10% reserve limit as stated in the contract plan.
AK stipulates the following as conditions for concluding a contract with the winning bidder the author of any of themits absence or incomplete performance at the time of the conclusion of the contract is considered a withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract according to the Civil Code. Based on § 131, paragraph (4)]:
- Existence of C.A.R.-system total risk property and liability insurance (in the case of liability insurance min. HUF 900,000,000/year and HUF 400,000HUF 000/damage event; in the case of property insurance, min. the insurance value corresponding to the net contract price calculated without reserve);filling in and making available questionnaires (also in relation to subcontractors and capacity-providing organizations already named in the public procurement procedure);
- the so-called Certified completion of Safety Passport training [in the case of the winning tenderer(s) until the conclusion of the contract, the subcontractor(s)in the case of any of them, until the first march to the work area]
- valid ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management (or equivalent) systems have been implemented at the winning tenderer;
- the winning tenderer certifies that it has the 266/2013. (VII. 11.) Government decree...
