Description:
On the basis of a business contract, the construction of the new 132/22 kV transformer station in Zalaszentgrot.
AK applies a reserve limit of 10% as stipulated in the contract. your contractand its absence or incomplete fulfillment at the time of conclusion is considered a withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract according to the Civil Code. Based on § 131. (4)]:
- Existence of C.A.R.-system total risk property and liability insurance (in the case of liability insurance min. 500,000,000 HUF/year and 150,000 0HUF 00/damage event; in the case of property insurance, min. insurance value corresponding to the net contract price calculated without the reserve limit); drawing up a financial schedule;
-Completing and making available HSE questionnaires (in relation to subcontractors and capacity-providing organizations already named in the public procurement procedure as appropriate);
- valid ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental management (orequivalent) systems;
- the winning tenderer certifies that it has the 266/2013. (VII. 11.) with responsible technical manager/managers with valid MV-E and MV-VI (or equivalent) authorization according to government decree;...
