Description:
On the basis of an open procedure for the conclusion of a framework agreement concluded with a tenderer, the procurement of certain medicinal products containing active ingredients subject to batch billing, to be provided in kind, for an active period of 12 months and a passive period of 4 months, an additional 1 of the active period of the Framework AgreementWith the possibility of a 2-month extension. Tenderer is the Kbt. Acts according to § 105, paragraph (1), point a).
Subject of this public procurement procedure (in parts):
1. part: purchase of medicine containing the active ingredient infliximab (IV). OENO code: 06053.
The amount of the public procurement procedure: 4,800,000 mg alap quantity and an option quantity of 4,800,000 mg, total frame quantity: 9,600,000 mg.
2. part: procurement of medicine containing the active ingredient rituximab (RA). OENO code: 06058.
The quantity of the public procurement procedure: 2,800,000 mg basic quantity and 2,800,000 mg optional quantity, total frame quantity: 5,600,000 mg.
3. part: purchase of medicine containing the active ingredient bortezomib. OENO code: 06060.
The quantity of the public procurement procedure: 35,000 mg basic quantity and 35,000 mg optional quantity, total frame quantity: 70,000 mg.
4. part: purchase of medicine containing the active ingredient lapatinib. OENO code: 06061.
Intermediateprocurement procedure quantity: 12,600,000 mg basic quantity and 12,600,000 mg option quantity, total frame quantity: 25,200,000 mg.
5. part: purchase of medicine containing the active ingredient alectinib. OENO code: 06001.
