Description:
In the administrative area of Győr, the United Health and Social Institution Győr ensures the III. of 1993 on social administration and social benefits. catering defined in § 62 of the Act as a basic service. It is implemented by social institutions providing personal care 1/2000 on their professional duties and the conditions of their operation. (I.7.) SzCsM decree 20-24. is regulated by § This public procurement procedure affects the supply areas of the Care Centers located at 3 locations operated by the Institution and the catering provided in the 7 clubs for the elderly operating in the city. Catering for the institutional workers serving at the mentioned sites is also the subject of public procurement. The supply areas cover the administrative area of the city of Győr. Regarding clubs for the elderly, the performance locations may change during the duration of the contract (e.g. termination, pause, new fulfillment place), if the operation of the Institution justifies it. The tenderer for this case is Kbt. Section 141 (4) considered as an amendment according to point a). The duration of the contract: the period between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. Ready meal quantities during the contract period (24 months) are planned quantities to be delivered.
