Description:
Design of the cultural center of the National Slovak Municipality in the historic church building at Rakoczi ut 57, 1081 Budapest, net floor area: 2381 m2. Protected monument: 15657
1. The task of the winning tenderer is the approval plan that has already been prepared and accepted by the contracting authoritypreparation of the authorization and construction plan documentation, conducting the construction and heritage protection authority authorization procedure for obtaining the building permit, bidders arriving within the framework of the additional information during the public procurement for the selection of the contractoranswering questions, providing design supervision and related tasks during the construction period. The Designer's task is to prepare full-scale licensing and construction plans that are suitable for construction and comply with the specifications for public procurement construction documentation, covering all disciplinesit is necessary to obtain the legally binding permits and approvals required for the construction, as well as to conduct the public procurement procedure for the construction, so in particular the 322/2015.
