Description:
On the basis of a general business contract, the supply of building mechanical maintenance is provided by Budapest Capital XIII. In sports and cultural facilities of the District Self-Government. The framework amount of the contract for a period of 18 months: HUF 175 million less the 'Mechanical maintenance monthly flat fee (net HUF/month)' assessment with 18 times the offer made to the criteria. The customer undertakes to place an order for 70% of the current budget

Jozsef Attila Angyalfoeldi Cultural Center: 1131 Budapest, Jozsef Attila ter 4. Built-in useful floor area: 5550 m2. Total number of equipment and devices affected by the service: 226 pieces. Frequency of maintenance / 18 months: 2-3 times per equipment, per device. The tasks also include the documented completion of 4 leakage tests, with uploading to the official system 3 times over 18 months. 2. Angyalfoeldi Children and Youth House: 1138 Budapest, Dagaly u. 15/A. Built-in useful floor area: 918 m2. Total number of equipment and devices affected by the service: 62 pieces.
