Description:
Carrying out road renovation works within the administrative area of the city of Esztergom, within the framework of a framework agreement.
The amount of the framework agreement (calculated without a reserve fund): HUF 2,500,000,000 net.
The framework agreement is the Kbt. According to § 105, paragraph (2), it is aimed at contracting with several bidders.
The Kon the basis of a memorandum of understanding, the implementation of the given public procurement can take place under the Kbt. Section 105 (2) a) with a direct order by the Customer, or According to point c) the competition is reopened. Based on Section 105 (2), the objective criteria thatdetermine whether individual public procurements will be carried out by direct order or after the re-opening of the competition:
According to the estimated value of the given procurement request:
a) If, in relation to the given procurement request, Kbt. Estimate calculated without the application of Section 19 (3).t value reaches or exceeds the net HUF 50,000,000 (i.e. fifty million forints), in the case of individual procurement, the re-opening of the competition is mandatory. The estimated value calculated without the application of Section 19 (3) does not reach the net 50,000HUF 000,000 (i.e. fifty million forints), so the individual purchase can be made - according to the Customer's choice - by direct order or by re-opening the competition.
