- The task of the successful tenderer is the complex energetic modernization of the SZTE BTK Education building, which will enable energy-efficient and safe operation of the building as a result of the construction investment.request from the Kbt. With regard to Section 61 (4), it has examined whether the subject matter, nature of this public procurement and other circumstances related to the contract enable the provision of tenders for parts.is rejected, because due to the volume and complexity of the tasks to be performed by the winning tenderer, their organic relationship with each other, their building on each other, as well as the prescribed tight implementation deadlines - taking into account the economic, technical and quality expectations of the contracting authority - partial tendering is possibleit is an unreasonable decision.
It is not advisable to divide the construction investment into parts by separating the disciplines: it is not possible to choose the construction work separately from the other involved disciplines (mechanical engineering and electrical engineering), because the work areas overlap with each other, and the work processes are partlythey build on each other (e.g. the dismantling of the existing solar panels is related to the dismantling of the flat roof layering, and the design of the new electrical and mechanical systems on the flat roof is related to the design of the new roof insulation, the design of the flat roof attic affects the facade, etc.)
