Description:
Renovation of the Millennium Pavilion (hereinafter: Project) as part of the construction contract. Request for tenders by the Ministry of Human Resources III/111-3/2020. will receive budget support no.intends to use it for its renovation and expansion.

Request for tenders by the Ministry of Human Resources III/111-3/2020. will receive budget support noapprox. 12. (hrsz.:824) property is intended to be used for conversion, renovation and expansion.
The total net floor area of the property: 1283 m2, the event building can accommodate a maximum of 280 people.
In the framework of the renovation, the wooden load-bearing frame structure of the building with a floor area of 650 m2, large span, apparent edit will be completely rebuilt with a wooden deck chair, which will be made with visible beams in several rooms of the building (event rooms and lobby in the planned area of 512 m2).
