Description:
In the course of the procedure, the Bidder wishes to contract with the winning Bidder for the renovation of the air brake assemblies necessary for the operation of buses operated by VOLANBUSZ Zrt. within the framework of a framework contract for a total net frame amount of HUF 599,950,000, in 7 partial bidding rounds:
1. part: on Haldex air brake assemblyrenovation of yek
2. part: Renovation of Knorr-Bremse air brake assemblies
3. part: Renovation of Wabco air brake assemblies
4. part: Renovation of Knorr-Bremse brake calipers
5. part: Renovation of Meritor brake calipers
6. part: Renewal of Wabco brake calipers
7. part: Refurbishment of compressors
Request for tenders for 50% of the budgetundertakes a drawdown obligation by not undertaking to exhaust the Framework amount in addition to the amount affected by the order obligation. Further information in detail in the draft contract.
The offeror is responsible for the products he has refurbished from the handover and acceptance of the refurbished product.must undertake a warranty of at least 12 months without km limitation, unless due to a change in the law a mandatory provision of the law requires a longer warranty obligation.as it must be able to be installed in place of those currently in use without modification.
