Description:
"Removal of illegal waste 2025-2027" Framework amount in total HUF 314,780,459.- The subject of this public procurement procedure is the "waste register" on properties illegally placed or abandoned by unknown persons. (VIII.27.) Wastes listed in Annex No. 2 of VM Decree collection for the purpose of treatment (utilization/disposal), as necessary, sorting and loading the waste by manual or mechanical power, cutting/compressing it into a transportable size, transporting the transported waste according to CLXXXV of 2012 on waste. law (hereinafter: Ht.) by documenting it according to its regulations. Type of contract: framework agreement. Withdrawing from the framework agreement Based on point a) of § 105, paragraph (1), it is done by direct order. It is the task of the winning bidder - in the County of Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg specified by the Bidder Based on coordinates (GPS or EOV), settlement topographical number, settlement, street, house number - the waste is "waste list" according to Art. 72/2013.
