Bidderundertakes to use 70% of the available budget. The actual amount and type of food waste generated (food waste and/or used cooking oil) cannot be determined in advance, it depends on the specific service needs during the relevant period.
The food wasteplanned annual amount of sludge: 1,000,000 kilograms, from which cooking oil is produced on average, 2,500 - 3,000 kg per month.
