"Relocation of the Kertvarosi Kindergarten to the Aniko Utcai Tagovoda"
Pecs MJV Municipality wants to move the kindergarten institution to the ground floor of the neighboring old Aniko Street school building. In the ground floor part of the old school building, - in order to make it suitable for kindergarten education - basic internal modernizationneed to be implemented. A new part of the kindergarten building will be built for group 5 of the Aniko Utcai Tagovoda of the Pecs Kertvarosi Ovoda.
The location of the planned development is the ground floor part of the old school building at 7632 Pecs, under Aniko utca 1., which is the property number 21044 of Pecs, interiorn building.
The school was handed over in 1977 and was used as a primary school until 2015. After that, the school building housed kindergartens, nurseries and schools that were renovated as part of the kindergarten and school renovation program and had to move during the renovation.
The old schoolrenovation of the ground floor part of the building (including the gym) is planned. In the building, rooms related to the education of small children, group rooms, changing rooms, washrooms, teacher's rooms will be created.
The ground floor part will undergo interior renovation, part of it will be replaced with coverings, painting, room designs, and a washroom.renovations and the creation of new washrooms, as well as the partial separation of the ground-floor gym are planned.
The kindergarten institution continues to use the current playground (Pecs, 21041 hrsz). However, it is necessary to demolish the old kindergarten building. We are arranging the site of the building to be demolished, new playground equipment...
