Description:
Ensuring the product tracking, manufacturer and supplier support necessary for the operation of the IBM QRadar-based SIEM system, as well as the acquisition of new licenses as follows:
- Ensuring the tracking of the licenses and manufacturer support necessary for the operation of the currently existing Qradar system until 31.12.2026;
-Extending QRadar with EPS (license extension) - 5000 EPS license extension with 1 year of product tracking and manufacturer support until 31.08.2024;
- An additional 2 years of product tracking and manufacturer support, which must be provided until August 31, 2026;
- Support service, which must be guaranteed until August 31, 2026- Optional consultation framework (53 hours/year-2023, 160 hours/year-2024, 160 hours/year-2025, 107 hours/year - 2026), which must be provided by August 31, 2026 . The optional part of the procurement does not reach 10% of the total procurement.
