The public procurementbased on the district, the Kbt. Section 105 (1) A framework agreement according to point a) will be concluded. In view of this, AK may use the right of direct ordering based on the offer prices included in the Priced Price Table submitted by AT as part of its offer and the conditions stipulated in the garden agreement.
