Description:
In the framework of a framework sales contract for MiReHu Nonprofit Kft., as specified in detail in the public procurement documentation, procurement of parts for trucks and truck assemblies.purchase of parts for trucks and truck assemblies as specified in detail in the public procurement documentation, according to the technical description specified in detail in the public procurement documents, up to a maximum net value of HUF 120,000,000 (maximum amount).
The tenderer is not obliged to exhaust the entire budget during the duration of the contract, but undertakes to exhaust 70% of the budget. (Minimum frame amount: HUF 84,000,000 net.)
The contract to be concluded is in accordance with the Civil Code. 6:231 of the contract of sale (Fajta and menfuture purchase of something determined by quantity)
The subject of this public procurement procedure: procurement of parts for trucks, tractors, trailers with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tons and parts for special construction machinery.
The following types of vehicles owned by the Bidder,spare parts are procured for trailer types:
