Organizing official internal and abroad travel at Corvinus University of Budapest, providing travel services, purchasing travel tickets for travel, booking accommodation, and applying for other additional services under a framework contract. The air roads It is organized for European and non -European destinations, on -demand individual or group travel, mainly by direct scheduled flights or transfer from Budapest or to Budapest. The Tenderer is responsible for the Tour Organization Service: 1.) Airline ticket administration 2.) administration related to accommodation 3.) administration of rail tickets 4.) car rental administration 5.) administration of other tickets 6.) administration of insurance 7.) with additional services Related Administration The net amount available to carry out the services subject to the procurement is HUF 560,000,000. The customer undertakes to draw 70%of the amount. Geographical distribution of planned destinations is as follows: 78%of travel is European It is directed to countries while the remaining 22% affect countries outside Europe.
