Purchase of travel organization services to Corvinus University in Budapest.
Purchase of Traveling Services
Organization of official domestic and foreign travel, providing travel services, acquisition of travel tickets for travel, accommodation, booking, accommodation In addition, the application for other additional services in the framework of a framework contract with ad hoc orders. Organization of air roads for European and non -European destinations, on -demand individual or group travel, mainly based on or arriving from Budapest or arriving to Budapest, or by transfer. In the framework of the Tour Management Service, the tenderer's task is to: 1.) Aviations related to airline tickets 2.) administration of accommodation 3.) administration of rail tickets 4.) car rental administration 5.) other Related Administration 6.) Insurance Administration 7.) Additional Services Administration The net amount available to carry out the services of the procurement is HUF 560,000,000. The customer undertakes 70%of the amount. The geographical distribution of the planned destinations is as follows: 78% of travel is directed to European countries, while the remaining 22% affect countries outside Europe.
