- Framework contract for the purchase of swimming pool chemicals for 12 (6) months, in the quantities specified in the technical description.
•Delivery: once a month or every two months, to the delivery addresses specified in the Facilities excel table and broken down.
•The scope of the framework contract is 12 months, or until the framework amount is exhaustedharms. If the framework amount is not exhausted within 12 months, the contracting authority is entitled to extend the contract by a maximum of 6 months.
•The tenderer must include the delivery cost in the material price.
•The tenderer is entitled to unilaterally change the annual delivery quantities included in the tenderfor The tenderer undertakes a 70% withdrawal obligation.
