The National Tax and Customs Administration (hereinafter: NAV) is required to contact the parties electronically in a statutory manner. During the procedures, the parties use electronic signatures and time stamps. The documents thus signed are stored by NAV as defined by lawuntil the end of time. It is the responsibility of the successful tenderer to implement a overlapping system (over time stamp) system (hereinafter referred to as FHR) in the Customer's infrastructure to ensure the long -term maintenance of the authenticity of these documents.
