- The subject of the procurement is the purchase of SKL 12 type flexible rail mounting brackets and SKL washer rings within the framework of a framework purchase agreement.
As a result of the public procurement procedure, the Bidder wishes to enter into a value-based framework purchase agreement with a total net framework value of HUF 185,000,000 with a call obligation vregarding the purchase and delivery of 2 types of products without setting a position or value option. The tenderer wishes to purchase 180,000 SKL-12 type flexible rail fixing brackets and the same number of SKL washer rings. The contract is a value-based framework agreement, following the conclusion of the contractn the quantity actually requested may differ from those specified in this clause.
