Description: Purpose of procurement: Development of measurement capability, monitoring technological development, achieving new measurement capabilities and replacing outdated, worn-out instruments.
The successful tenderer is responsible for the fulfillment of each part as described below and in Annex II.2.4 and in the procurement documents:
Part 1: Delivery of Simon Monitoring Stations
The successful tenderer is responsible for transporting the assets of Simon Monitoring Stations within 180 days of signing the contract within 180 days of the contract, with 12 months warranty.
Part 2: Delivery of narrow-band analyzer and decoder software
Delivery of Winning Bidder 2 mission narrowband analyzer and decoder software and related training in mixed sale and purchase software license agreement within 60 days of signing the contract, 12 months warranty.
