Description:
In the framework of sales and purchase agreements, the purchase of metallic salt iron(III) chloride solution for the removal of phosphorus and hydrogen sulphide in wastewater treatment and arsenic removal in drinking water treatment for Debreceni Vizmű Zrt.with the Kbt. The second part of the Administrative Code is applied. 106-107. according to §, i.e. according to the rules of the public procurement procedure aimed at setting up (the so-called first, participation stage) and implementation (the so-called second, bidding stage) of the dynamic procurement system (hereinafter referred to as DBR).for food, the Bidder applies the rules of the participation phase of the invitation procedure, and the rules of the bidding phase of the invitation procedure, with the deviations applicable to the DBR, for the implementation of purchases in the DBR. [About Paragraphs (1)-(2) of § 107].in this first, participation phase of the DBR, the applicant may not make an offer.
2) The duration of the DBR's existence: a period of 36 months from the establishment of the DBR.
