Description:
Procurement of horse feed for the service horses of the Emergency Police in 3 rounds of tenders as follows:
1. part Wheat bran
Planned quantity to be recalled 20,000 kg
Frame sum (net) HUF 9,448,819
2. part Carrots
Planned quantity to be recalled 38,000 kg
Frame sum (net) HUF 7,086,614
3. resz Meadow hay and litter straw
Planned quantity to be drawn: meadow hay 500,000 kg, litter straw 600,000 kg
Framework amount (net) HUF 103,937,007
The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the framework amount.
The contract - with regard to all sub-tender rounds - for 24 months from the date of signature, or until the framework amount is exhausted, with the fact that if there is still an amount from the framework amount before the end of the 24th month of the framework agreement, from which it is possible to order feed based on the framework agreement, then with the unilateral legal declaration of the Buyer, the temporal validity of the framework agreement continuesbi can be extended by 12 months.
