Description:
In the framework of a business framework agreement, the provision of flight ticket services (electronic flight ticket reservation, seat reservation, baggage drop-off order, related cancellation insurances) for the Natural Science Research Center for its official trips within and outside Europe.on the basis of individual requests for quotations or orders.
The Service Provider's task is to offer flight ticket bookings according to the conditions requested by the Customer, and to order, reserve, issue flight tickets (traditional, scheduled and low-cost, discount), etc.performing all tasks related to changes (amendments, cancellations, exchanges, etc.), managing flight ticket refunds, handling delays and lost luggage, tracking unused electronic tickets, providing offers in case of cancellation insurance, cancellation insurancecontract. In the case of the Customer's request, the Service Provider must ensure that the online check-in is carried out on behalf of the Customer, in the case of both conventional and low-cost airlines, if it is possible on the part of the airline.lusz is bound by the 30% option. That is, the total frame amount is HUF 52,000,000, of which the Bidder undertakes a drawdown obligation for 70% (for a net base frame amount of HUF 40,000,000), the Bidder does not undertake a drawdown obligation for the remaining 30% of the option....
