Description:
Sales contract for the purchase of kitchen equipment, textiles, kitchen and other equipment, Kindergarten toys, sports and outdoor equipment, as well as furniture and equipment within the framework of tender number TOP_PLUSZ-3.3.1-21-PT1-2022-00040.
Regarding all parts:
The purchase price (contract price) tincludes all the costs and consideration required for contractual performance, the consideration for any transfer of rights, therefore the Bidder is not entitled to charge additional consideration under any other legal title, and may not claim reimbursement of additional costs under any legal title.
Only new products can be offered,used devices, materials and consumables, spare parts, remanufactured, refurbished and other equivalently produced products cannot be included in the offer. An offer containing such an offer is declared invalid by the contracting authority. The offered device/product must be specifically named in the offerl (e.g. description, type, name, number, manufacturer, origin, etc. with a specific name and marking). Without any further investigation, the offer is invalid if the offered products cannot be clearly identified for the Bidder. If relevant, in the case of custom-made products - where ez the requirement cannot be interpreted - please indicate in the equipment list that it is "individual production".
