Description:
Compilation, packaging, and delivery of 4,650 uniform gift packages for the tenderer's employees as a year-end thank you. The task of the winning tenderer is to provide its employees with quality food - according to the content specified in detail in the technical description (according to the list food and products handed over by the Bidder) - compilation of gift packages with the same content as a thank you at the end of the year. In the case of products that can be interpreted, the individual products must be placed in the package in their original packaging. All placed in the package the product's warranty period cannot be less than 3 months after the delivery date, except in the case of bagels. In addition to the above, the contents of each package must also include the products provided by the Bidder. The products provided by the applicant are scheduled to be paid at the time of the conclusion of the contract for delivery to the successful Bidder. Products handed over by the tenderer must be placed in the packages by the successful Bidder when assembling the packages. The assembled gift packages are packed individually in a self-sealing cardboard box with unbreakable packaging, and the packages are complete and undamaged - delivery of the food in the package in accordance with the legal requirements and with suitable vehicle(s) to the Budapest and rural locations specified by the contracting authority.
