Description:
Purchase of electricity for Nyiregyhaza Mayor's Office, Nyiregyhaza City Council, Municipal -owned business associations and certain institutions. The quantity to be obtained is 21,433 418 kWh +/- 25 %. - used in the procurement procedure The determination of a quantitative difference of +/- 25%is justified by objective circumstances that influence the annual planning of energy consumption at a significant basis. This includes, among other things, the evolution of weather conditions, periodic changes in consumption points (temporary downtime or new the entry of points) and the impact of energy efficiency investments that are ongoing or during the year. These factors may result in a significant lower or over-performance in actual consumption, which cannot be expected in advance, with full security. To deal with these uncertainties We consider it necessary to maintain the +/- 25%difference bar. It is also an important circumstance that the electricity provider undertakes the given difference without a separate fee, so it does not mean additional cost or extra risk during the contract.
